Title: Licensed Property & Casual Agent- Marion

Responsibilities:
- Establish a relationship with prospective clients from various sources such as networking and referrals
- Growing established book of business
- Developing positive, long term relationships with clients
- Recommend risk management strategies that fit clients’ personal risk profiles
- Complete administrative tasks including maintaining records and handling policy renewals
- Create and implement marketing strategies to compete with other individuals or insurance companies
- Respond to clients’ insurance-related questions and issues
- Collaborate with other members of our team
Skills:
- Strong sales initiative
- Outstanding customer service skills including excellent written and verbal communication
- Computer savvy and willingness to embrace new technology
- The ability to listen and analyze clients’ needs
- The ability to explain complex issues and concepts to customers so that they understand them fully
- Quick thinking and resourceful
- Familiarity with current insurance trends
