Title: Licensed Property & Casual Customer Service Representative-Morganton

Responsibilities:
- Receive payments and run daily remittance
- Manage billing inquires
- Developing positive, long term relationships with clients
- Complete administrative tasks including maintaining records
- Respond to clients’ insurance-related questions and issues
- Collaborate with other members of our team
Skills:
- Pleasant telephone manner
- Outstanding customer service skills including excellent written and verbal communication
- Computer savvy and willingness to embrace new technology
- The ability to listen and analyze clients’ needs
- The ability to explain complex issues and concepts to customers so that they understand them fully
- Quick thinking and resourceful
- Familiarity with current insurance trends
Must have One Year Property and Casualty Insurance License
