My name is Grace Sisk, and I’m excited to be building my career in the insurance industry as a member of the team at Kincaid Insurance. I grew up in Shelby, North Carolina, and have always considered this community an important part of who I am. Although I’m new to the insurance world, I was drawn to this field because I wanted to pursue a career where I could grow, thrive, and truly make a difference.
What excites me most about this role is the opportunity to connect with people every day. I’ve always had a heart for customer service and enjoy creating positive experiences for those I work with. Being able to support and guide clients through the insurance process is incredibly rewarding, and I look forward to continuing to build strong, lasting relationships.
Outside of work, I’m happiest spending time with my son. We love being outdoors—whether we’re exploring a local park, enjoying a sunny day on the golf course, or simply spending quality time at home. I find a lot of joy in staying active and soaking up fresh air whenever I can.

I was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and have lived throughout the southern U.S. over the years. I now call Hickory, North Carolina, home, having arrived here by way of Tennessee, Texas, and Alabama. I have lived and worked in the area for 27 years, giving me a strong connection to the local business community.
I have been in the insurance industry since 2024, with prior experience in the restoration industry that gave me a solid foundation in understanding policies and risk management. As a Commercial Insurance Agent at TWFG Jeff Kincaid Insurance, I specialize in helping businesses secure the coverage they need to protect their investments. Outside of work, my wife and I enjoy time with our five children and ten grandchildren. When I can find a little extra time, I love classic cars, good music, golf, and spending time outdoors.
I’m Mystica Ramirez, a Customer Service Representative with TWFG Jeff Kincaid Insurance, serving clients throughout North Carolina. I’m originally from Arizona and moved to North Carolina in 2024. I’m a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance agent, specializing in personal lines insurance, including auto, motorcycle, homeowners, and boat insurance.
I have over a year and a half of experience in the insurance industry, and what excites me most about my work is helping clients feel confident and secure in their insurance coverage. I enjoy guiding families, individuals, and first-time insurance buyers through the process, answering questions, and making sure every client understands their policies.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me reading, building Legos, or cheering on Formula 1 races, which I’m a huge fan of. I also enjoy indulging in Dr. Pepper, my guilty pleasure, and spending quality time with family and friends.

I attended Mcdowell Technical Community College and Western Piedmont Community College, building a strong foundation for a long and rewarding career in insurance.

I’m Walt Bagwell, a Commercial Insurance Agent with TWFG Jeff Kincaid Insurance, and a lifelong resident of Marion, North Carolina. I’m a 1987 graduate of Clemson University and have proudly called Marion home for more than 50 years. Serving local businesses in the same community where I live, work, and build relationships is one of the most rewarding parts of my career.
I bring over 35 years of insurance industry experience, including time as a local agency owner in Marion, which gives me a deep understanding of both insurance coverage and the real-world challenges business owners face. While I’m knowledgeable across all major lines of insurance, my primary focus is Commercial Property and Casualty Insurance, helping businesses protect their buildings, operations, employees, and long-term investments.

Being a native of Morganton I went to Freedom High School and graduated from Western Carolina University with a BS in Business Administration, majoring in Finance.
What excites me most about my job is the fulfillment of helping people cover their most important possessions. I like to help people achieve the best results by giving them thorough policy knowledge.
I really enjoy my family time with my wife and grandchildren. I’m their Papa J. When I’m not at the office you can find me enjoying the outdoors, working in the yard and doing small projects. I love hiking, nature, and wildlife.

I was born in Martinsville, Va and spent most of my childhood in the mountains of Virginia. My father was relocated to Statesville, NC where I graduated from high school.
As Executive assistant, I am able to assist with all day to day operations of the Agencies.
I enjoy spending time with my husband and family as much as possible. I am the mother of two amazing children and four precious grandchildren. Being a Nana is my greatest accomplishment.
