I’m Brandy Walker, a Personal Lines Insurance Agent with TWFG Jeff Kincaid Insurance and a proud Rutherford County native. I’m deeply rooted in this community and proudly serve individuals and families throughout Cleveland County, Rutherford County, and Polk County, North Carolina. My approach is simple—local roots, local service, and personal attention for every client.

I’ve been in the insurance industry since 2004, when I earned my Property and Casualty insurance license, and I expanded my expertise in 2014 by obtaining my Life and Health insurance license. I specialize in personal lines insurance, including auto insurance, homeowners insurance, renters insurance, and life insurance, helping clients protect what matters most while also finding opportunities to save money whenever possible.

What I enjoy most about my work is helping people feel confident in their coverage decisions. Whether I’m working with growing families, long-time homeowners, or individuals reviewing their insurance for the first time, my goal is always to provide clear guidance, reliable protection, and personalized service tailored to each client’s needs.

I’m fully licensed in Property and Casualty insurance as well as Life and Health insurance, giving my clients the ability to work with one trusted agent for multiple coverage needs. That continuity allows me to build long-term relationships and provide consistent, dependable support as life changes.

Outside of the office, you’ll usually find me cheering on one of my children at a sporting event, curled up with a good book and a cup of coffee, or proudly supporting the North Carolina Tar Heels. I’m also an active member of Campfield Memorial Baptist Church, where community and service remain an important part of my life.
