Candace Pruett

I grew up in a small town in Northeast Ohio and moved to North Carolina when I was 18. I’ve now lived and worked in this community for over 25 years and truly value the relationships I’ve built here.

I have several years of experience in the insurance industry and am licensed in Property and Casualty insurance. As a Customer Service Representative and Personal Insurance Agent at TWFG Jeff Kincaid Insurance, I assist clients with personal lines coverage such as auto and homeowners insurance, helping them navigate their policies with confidence and clarity.

What I enjoy most about my role is supporting clients and making sure they feel taken care of throughout every stage of their insurance journey. Providing reliable service and being someone clients can count on is what motivates me every day.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and appreciating the simple moments that matter most.
