I’m a lifelong resident of Shelby, NC, and I’ve been a part of the insurance industry since 2012. I obtained my North Carolina Property & Casualty (P&C) License in 2014, and I specialize in personal lines insurance, including auto insurance and homeowners insurance.

I graduated from Crest High School and attended Cleveland Community College (CCC). I love meeting new people and building strong relationships with our customers. What I enjoy most about my job is helping others become more knowledgeable about their insurance needs, so they feel confident and protected.

I want all of my customers to feel comfortable coming to me with any issue, and I’m committed to resolving problems quickly and effectively. The team here at Jeff Kincaid Insurance Group makes coming to work every day a joy — it’s great to work with people I truly enjoy being around.

I serve Shelby, NC, and the surrounding areas, including Cleveland County, Rutherford County, and Polk County. I’m dedicated to helping families and individuals in our community secure the right coverage for their home and auto needs.

Outside of work, you can usually find me reading, listening to music, or spending time with my son. I LOVE makeup and all things girly, and animals hold a special place in my heart — especially my fur babies: Rico (German Shepherd/Boxer) and my black cat Gabriella (“Gabby Gabs”). I also enjoy trying new places around town, catching a new movie, hiking with friends, and caring for the kiddos in my life.
