Just a little back story..A well know insurance company dropped my family’s homeowners and auto insurance because of a denied claim. The claim was over our homes siding. The representative we spoke to told us it would be cheaper for us to just pay out-of-pocket for the damages and not involve insurance so we did just that. The claim was then represented as a denial.We had just bought our brand new modular home in 2018 and, as far as I know, in NC it’s the law to obtain homeowners insurance. We called around and spoke to many different agencies getting to know each time. A representative Of an insurance company we were trying to obtain honestly opened up and told us because we were dropped by Insurance group because of a denied claim we were considered “ Black balled” or “ High risk clients” And we were told it would be very hard for us to get an insurance company to cover our homeowners and auto because of this.Jeff Kincaid And his group in Morganton, Nc took a chance on my family and I. We received homeowners insurance and auto insurance on our 3 vehicles at a much lower price then we had before, and we also received more coverage.We have had our through Jeff Kincaid for about 3 years now. Their local team in Morganton have always been very professional, informative and knowledgeable any time I have called with questions. On top of that they have always been so sweet, kind and down to earth.We have had to fill 1 auto claim for a small fender bender where the other party was at fault. The claim process was extra, extraordinarily easy. The representatives that we spoke to throughout the process were very knowledgeable and informative And we were happy with the quick payout that we received so we could get our vehicle repair repaired in a timely manner. Absolutely nothing negative I could say about TWFG Jeff Kincaid Insurance! Keep up the great work guys!!
