1. Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent

Responsibilities:

  • Establish a relationship with prospective clients from various sources, such
    as networking and referrals
  • Growing established book of business
  • Developing positive, long-term relationships with clients
  • Complete administrative tasks, including maintaining records and handling policy
    renewals
  • Create and implement marketing strategies to compete with other individuals or
    insurance companies
  • Respond to clients’ insurance-related questions and issues
  • Collaborate with other members of our team

Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a currently licensed property and casualty agent
  • Strong sales initiative
  • Outstanding customer service skills, including excellent written and verbal
    communication
  • Computer savvy and willingness to embrace new technology
  • The ability to listen and analyze clients’ needs
  • The ability to explain complex issues and concepts to customers so that they
    understand them fully
  • Quick thinking and resourceful
  • Familiarity with current insurance trends
