Hi, I’m Aaron Cultrera, and I serve as a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative at Jeff Kincaid Insurance Group. I grew up in Hickory, North Carolina, and recently graduated from Appalachian State University—go Mountaineers! My journey in the insurance industry began in commercial underwriting, which gave me a strong foundation in understanding risk and coverage needs. I joined Jeff Kincaid Insurance Group in August of 2024 and have loved being part of a team that puts clients first. What excites me most about my work is the chance to shop our customers’ policies to find them the best coverage at the most competitive rates. My name is Grace Sisk, and I’m excited to be building my career in the insurance industry as a member of the team at Kincaid Insurance. I grew up in Shelby, North Carolina, and have always considered this community an important part of who I am. Although I’m new to the insurance world, I was drawn to this field because I wanted to pursue a career where I could grow, thrive, and truly make a difference. What excites me most about this role is the opportunity to connect with people every day. I’ve always had a heart for customer service and enjoy creating positive experiences for those I work with. Being able to support and guide clients through the insurance process is incredibly rewarding, and I look forward to continuing to build strong, lasting relationships. Outside of work, I’m happiest spending time with my son. We love being outdoors—whether we’re exploring a local park, enjoying a sunny day on the golf course, or simply spending quality time at home. I find a lot of joy in staying active and soaking up fresh air whenever I can. My name is Michael Richey, and I am proud to serve as part of the team at Kincaid Insurance. I’ve had the opportunity to live throughout the southern United States—from Tennessee and Texas to Alabama—and I now call North Carolina home. I earned my degree from Auburn University with a concentration in sales and marketing, and while my professional journey has taken several paths, each experience has strengthened my commitment to helping others. Prior to entering the insurance industry, I worked with a major restoration company, collaborating regularly with insurance agents from the client side. That role gave me valuable insight into the industry and has made my transition to this side of the desk especially rewarding. What excites me most about my work is the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. I’ve always believed that our greatest purpose is to serve others, and I take great pride in helping individuals and families protect what matters most. Outside of the office, I am a devoted husband, father of five, and grandfather to ten wonderful grandchildren. I enjoy spending weekends with my family, often attending classic car cruise-ins, playing a round of golf, or firing up the grill. I also have a passion for baking and cake decorating—a lesser-known but much-enjoyed hobby of mine. Community involvement is very important to me. I have volunteered with a number of organizations focused on youth development, addiction recovery, elderly care, and church outreach. These efforts have been a deeply meaningful part of my life and reflect my ongoing commitment to giving back. At Kincaid Insurance, I strive to bring a personal, knowledgeable, and service-driven approach to every client interaction. It’s an honor to be part of a profession that allows me to build lasting relationships and make a positive difference.
Hi, I’m Mystica Ramirez, and I’m excited to be part of the team here at Jeff Kincaid Insurance. I’m new to the insurance world, but I’m eager to learn and passionate about helping people feel confident and supported when it comes to their coverage. I grew up all over Arizona, which gave me the chance to experience a lot of different communities and connect with people from all walks of life. That background really helps me relate to our clients and understand their unique needs. When I’m not working, you can almost always find me at home enjoying a Formula One race weekend—I’m a huge F1 fan and love getting into all the details of the sport. I also enjoy reading and curling up with a good book when I have some quiet time. And yes, I’ll admit it—Dr. Pepper is my guilty pleasure! I’m looking forward to growing in this role and being a reliable, friendly resource for our clients. I have been an insurance agent for 19 years. I feel truly blessed to be a part of the Jeff Kincaid Insurance Group team. I have lived in Rutherford County my entire life. I graduated from East Rutherford High School and many years later earned an associate degree from ICC. When I am not at work, I am usually at home. I am very much a homebody. Family is EVERYTHING to me and now I have a beautiful grandson that I am head over heels in love with.
I have been doing insurance for two years and I'm very excited to be part of the Jeff Kincaid Insurance Group team. I have lived all over the United States. I didn’t grow up in one place in particular. I attended a Christian University in Ohio and graduated with a Chemistry/ Forensic Science degree. I am a huge Disney nerd and really love horror movies. Quite the combination! I am an avid reader. I think family is very important. I spend as much time with them as I can.
I received my insurance license in 1992 while working for an independent agent in Morganton, NC. I have also worked in two Nationwide offices previously. Helping clients save money but still have the coverages they need is of the utmost importance to me. Being available when they need to just have a conversation makes my job so satisfying. I grew up in Henderson, NC close to Kerr Lake and Lake Gaston. I moved to Spruce Pine, NC when I was in the 10th grade and graduated from Mitchell High School. I attended Mcdowell Technical Community College and Western Piedmont Community College. Spending time with my grandkids is always fun and interesting. You never know what they are going to say or do. I love watching football in the fall and winter. My favorite weekend getaway is at the lake on a friend's houseboat. Supporting St Jude's Children's Hospital is important to me.
I became a Nationwide Insurance agent in 1990 taking over the Brady Brooks Agency. I ran my own successful agency in Marion for 30 years. I love the fact that each day brings new challenges. I also enjoy getting to know my customers personally, which helps me have a better understanding of the specific coverage they may need. I grew up in Marion and attended McDowell High School graduating in 1983. Completed my education at Clemson University, graduating in 1987 with a degree in Industrial Management. I can say without a doubt I am passionate about Clemson football. I have a sugar addiction that borders on ridiculous. It's not uncommon to see me sucking down orange tic tacs or tart n tinys at all hours of the day. If there isn't a Clemson football game to enjoy you will find me hiking the many trails our area has to offer. I love my community and will not hesitate to volunteer when needed. A few of the organizations I have had the honor to serve in the Rotary Club of Marion, McDowell Chamber of Commerce, and Marion Civitan Club.

Now, I have grown into 5 locations throughout western NC. Being a native of Morganton I went to Freedom High School and graduated from Western Carolina University with a BS in Business Administration, majoring in Finance. What excites me most about my job is the fulfillment of helping people cover their most important possessions. I like to help people achieve the best results by giving them thorough policy knowledge. I really enjoy my family time with my wife and grandchildren. I'm their Papa J. When I'm not at the office you can find me enjoying the outdoors, working in the yard and doing small projects. I love hiking, nature, and wildlife. My guilty pleasure is eating chocolate and ice cream. I also like getting involved in the community and helping those in need.

I love building relationships with our members and helping them understand the insurance language. Outside of the office, you will find me doing yard work, playing with my 2 grandchildren, or shopping.

I graduated from Salem High School in 1972. What I enjoy the most about my job is helping others with their life insurance needs. I enjoy the outdoors. My favorite past time is fishing. I love taking trips to Myrtle Beach. I always enjoy a relaxing weekend at home with family and friends.
Hickory Email Michelle I started out with the agency as a Customer Service Representative. As the needs of the agency changed I became an Executive Assistant and bookkeeper to the Owner. I was born in Martinsville, Va and spent most of my childhood in the mountains of Virginia. My father was relocated to Statesville, NC where I graduated from high school. As Executive assistant, I am able to assist with all day to day operations of the Agencies. I enjoy spending time with my husband and family as much as possible. I am the mother of two amazing children and four precious grandchildren. Being a Nana is my greatest accomplishment. When I'm not at the office, I enjoy a day at the racetrack or at Music and Arts Festivals. One thing I am very passionate about is The National Marrow Donor Program. One simple act can save a life.
Hickory Email Candace Ext. 101 I started working in the insurance industry in 2018. I grew up in Northeast Ohio and moved to North Carolina when I was 18. I've lived in the Hickory area ever since. What I enjoy most about my job is getting to meet new people. When I'm not in the office you can find me spending time with my family, watching tv and playing video games. Fun fact about me: I have a Youtube channel with my friends where we discuss and encourage moms about the ups and downs that we face in our daily lives.

I was born and raised in Morganton, NC, and am a graduate of Freedom High School. I have been in insurance since early 2018! I love meeting new people and helping our members understand the ins and outs of insurance. On my off time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our 3 kids! My guilty pleasure is my love for chocolate. On the weekends my family and I enjoy breakfast together and just a day of hanging out!
Morganton Email Kathie I have been a licensed insurance agent since 2017. I was born in Boone, NC but my parents actually lived in Mountain City, TN. Boone was the closest hospital. My mom moved to Caldwell County when I was 3 and that is where I reside now. I really enjoy meeting new people and being able to help in their times of need. Also, making friends that become family in the workplace! I love the time I get to spend with my grandson. Also, outdoor activities with my family are my favorite past time. Weekends usually involve family and friends doing whatever comes up. We are usually spare of the moment type people... #noplans I would have to say I am a shopaholic and love to treat myself every once and while to a pedi or hair salon visit...
Shelby Email Kristen I started with the Jeff Kincaid Insurance group in 2019. I grew up in Cleveland County. What I am most excited about working in this industry is meeting new customers. What I enjoy most personally is spending time with my son. While not at work you can find me spending time outside with my son and husband.
Forest City Email Brandy I have been a licensed agent since 2004. I grew up in Forest City and now reside in the small town of Ellenboro. I love my UNC Tar Heels! When I am not at work I am with my three children doing one of their many activities.
Forest City Email Kacie I have been a part of the insurance industry since 2012. I obtained my Property & Casualty License in 2014. I love meeting new people and building relationships with our customers. It is great being able to help others and make them more knowledgeable about their insurance needs. I graduated from Crest High School & attended college at CCC. In my free time, you can find me reading or listening to music. I LOVE LOVE LOVE makeup and all things girly. Animals hold a special place in my heart, especially my fur babies: My dog Rico (German Shepard/Boxer) and my Black cat Gabriella AKA Gabby Gabs. I'm a sap for all things babies and enjoy watching after all the kiddos. When I am not working, I am soaking up time with my little boy, trying out new places around town with some new people, catching a new movie, or hiking with my friends.
Marion Email Kim I have been in the insurance industry for 16 years and have been a licensed agent for 13 years. I am originally from McDowell County but, recently moved to Burke County. I have an associates degree in Accounting. What I enjoy most about my job is meeting new people and helping them with their insurance needs. I especially love spending time with my 4 grandkids as well as swimming, cruising, and reading. Most weekends my husband and I enjoy entertaining the kiddos by the pool.
I grew up in the Newton-Conover area and still live there with my two kids. I have been in the insurance industry for 15 years. My grandfather started a Nationwide business in Newton in 1946, and my dad had his own Nationwide agency for 40 years. I love to educate people about their insurance policy's coverages and advocate for them when life's unexpected happens. When I'm away from the office, you can find me with my two kids or on the golf course losing golf balls.
